Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Made to Order — Please Read Before Purchasing

At Nicole by Diane Alex, every piece is crafted exclusively for you from the moment your order is confirmed. Since our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly request all customers to review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, fabric, or any other detail, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are always happy to help you choose the right size.

No Refunds

All orders are made specifically for the customer and therefore are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference after an order has been confirmed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality and finish of every Nicole piece. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue. Our team will review each case individually.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error on our part, we may offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Approved replacement requests should be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed.

Please note that replacements are not provided for normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, accidental damage, or incorrect size selection.

Order Cancellations

Since every piece goes into production immediately after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
