Made to Order — Please Read Before Purchasing At Nicole by Diane Alex, every piece is crafted exclusively for you from the moment your order is confirmed. Given the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We kindly request all customers to go through the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to us before placing your order — we are always happy to help you find the right size.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality and finish of every Nicole piece. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nicolebydianealex.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9744044777, along with your order details and clear photographs of the concern. Each case will be reviewed individually and we will do our best to make it right.
Order Cancellations Since every piece goes into production immediately after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We request you to be certain of your order before confirming.
