Who is Nicole by Diane Alex? Nicole by Diane Alex is a designer label for little girls, young ladies, and women, creating custom and exclusive original pieces since 1993. Based in Kochi, Kerala, every Nicole piece is made to order — crafted with care and made exclusively for you.

How do I place an order? You can place your order directly through our website at nicolebydianealex.com. Simply select the style, size, and quantity, and proceed to checkout. If you need help choosing a size or have a query before ordering, feel free to reach out to us — we're happy to assist.

What sizes do you offer? We offer sizes from 6 months to 12 years. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your child.

How long will my order take to arrive? Every Nicole piece is made to order, so please allow 10–14 working days from the date of your order for your piece to be prepared and delivered. In certain locations, delivery may take a little longer — we will reach out to you proactively if this is the case.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery? We do not offer express or same-day delivery at this time.

How much does shipping cost? We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.

Where do you ship? We ship pan-India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes through our trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to discuss an alternative arrangement.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

What is your return and exchange policy? Since every Nicole piece is made to order exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. We encourage all customers to review the size chart carefully and reach out to us before placing an order if you have any sizing concerns — we're always happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective? We take great pride in the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nicolebydianealex.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9744044777, with your order details and photographs of the concern. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel my order? Since production begins immediately after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We request you to be certain of your selection before confirming your order.
